Cannot download addon manager

Hi.

Since I installed FS Dream Team Geneva for FSX, I get a pop-up when I go into FSX which tells me to go to fsdreamteam.com/sa_addon_manager to download the new addon manager, but whenever I try to do this, I just get a 404 page not found error. I have tried Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, and Firefox with the same result. My system runs Windows 7 Professional 64 bit.

Thank you simbio, that did the trick; apologies for not replying sooner, but I've been holidaying in Venice for the last two weeks.
