I have may and many ADD and I have no problems yet, other FSDT scenery is working properly, for sure i want to use the airport, If will be possible to fix in another way it will be the best otherwise i will go ahead to take the money back.
As I've said in the email I've sent you eariler, I see you have activated KFLL which you ordered together with LSGG without any problems and, since the registration dialog is obviously the same routine for all products, the only possible explanation is that you changed something (or installed something) in your configuration between the KFLL activation and the LSGG activation so, this change is affecting the ability to display the registration dialog.
In my email reply, I also included a .REG file with your Serial that you can use to activate without having to insert the serial manually so no, there's no need to ask for a refund, because you'll be able to activate that way.
