Most likely not, because almost every poll that has been created by scenery developers has had users create multiple polls just to cheat, which doesn't provide a real count. I'm sure that Umberto can prevent multiple accounts, but I think the days of polls are over.
This is what happened with the old poll, and what happened recently with Flightbeam.
And, even if there were to be a poll, FSDT is working on KIAH right now, and then a revision of an older scenery, so Cleveland might be in the very distant future.
