The Windows Control panel only shows the version you had when you installed with the full installed, it doesn't know anything about the internal Live Update feature.
If you have installed all the latest Live Updates, including the vehicles updates (which are NOT installed automatically), then you have the latest version. The vehicles updates download links are on the GSX page. If you want to be sure you haven't missed any, download the Vehicles update 1. No need to download 2 and 3 if you download 1.
