Airstairs don't extend up to door 2L PMDG 777-200

This is at parking without jetway. I have reset the aircraft configuration, afterward I turned off Door 1L having open/close checks, door 2L has open close checks, not sure if this has anything to do with it.

This message is not very clear. Have you turned off the open/close checks for BOTH doors, but Door 2L (only) doesn't extend ?

Sorry Umberto, should have been more clear. I turned off open/close checks on 1L and turned them on at 2L so that when I do park at a Jetway I don't have to have door 1L open. But I don't think it has anything to do with my problem because I just tried resetting again to default config and the airstairs still don't extend to 2L they do extend to 3L

Sorry, they extend to 4L not 3L as mentioned in last post. The screenshot shows my problem, the stair pulls up to 2L but doesn't extend, but at 4L they work normally

It seems you haven't simply turned off the checks, you also turned off the 1st door entirely, because if you are on a non-jetway equipped parking, since I don't see the 1st front stair in your screenshot.

I believe this can happen: for reasons a bit difficult to explain, you must have both doors to be visible for the animation to be working on the 2nd one...you can turn off the *checks*, but the stair should at least appear.

Hi Paul,

What did you do exactly so that you don't have to open 1L to get the show going?  My jetway goes to 2L, but unless I open 1L nothing happens.

First of thanks Umberto, I set 1L to "Door without open close checks" instead of "no door at this position and now the L2 airstair extends. And to PapaG:

Go into customize aircraft from the coualt menu and set L1 and L4 to door without open/close checks then you only have to open L2
