LAX airport not working

I had this airport for awhile and it worked fine. Now it is completely useless. I am able to land at the airport, but as soon as I do I get a popup window of an unknown Couatl error and am told to download the latest addon manager. I download the lastest stand alone addon manager and the problem continues. The window pops up again almost as fast as I closed it and the airport terminals all despawn. I am not sure what else to try.

The pop-up message doesn't just says to download the Stand-Alone Addon Manger, it also says to check your error details in the Couatl.err file, giving you the path in your system.

What's the content of that file ?
