You don't need any: the installer we have online is always the most current version at the time of your download.
That's the advantage of offering free Trial version, we can host the very latest installer always online and always available, without having to deal with confusing full installers + patches.
On top of that, the AFCAD, which is usually the file that gets updated more often, is downloaded when you run the scenery installer, together with other important support files.
IF we'll release a major update to the scenery, that will require downloading again because the update was related to something else that couldn't be downloaded at install time, you'll see a notification from the Addon Manager when you start FSX, that will suggest to download the updated scenery installer.
