Hi,

Have reinstalled GSX , now the stairs for the rear passenger  door do not appear and cargo loading is only on front door.

Thanks

It is probably the aircraft you are flying doesn't have the rear stairs and rear baggage loading set to appear.

OR, you might have configured that airport to have rear passenger stairs not present at that parking location, and airport customization files are not removed when uninstalling.

I had the same airplanes . A fresh new install of fsx and GSX.
Have configured the plane for a rear back door. Stairs do not appear at all, nor service at the second cargo.

If you reinstalled GSX you should no longer have the GSX configuration for those airplanes which means they have their default GSX settings now and you will have to re-edit them.

Nope, as I've said in my previous message, none of the user preferences would ever be removed when unintalling/reinstalling GSX (you wouldn't want GSX to kill all the work you did to customize airplanes and airports).

I can only repeat and confirm: these are the only reasons why rear stairs won't show up:

- The airport parking position has been customized to remove the rear parking door (the "Disable passenger stairs" option)

- The airplane has been customized to remove the rear left door

- The door is there, but it has been moved, so it's now too low or too high for any of the stairs supplied with GSX.

1-The door is not disabled
2-GSX recognizes the aircraft model
3- The stairs are aligned and checked In The aircraft customization menu

Have checked and rechecked still only one of the cargo doors is serviced and no stairs Appear when
Gateway is checked in menu

If you mean the "Parking has Jetway" option ? It's not very clear from your message, but you seem to imply that no stairs appear when the "parking has a jetway" option is enabled, as if you DO see rear stairs when that option is NOT checked. Is this the case ?

If yes, the problem is that you might have reversed the doors in the airplane customization so, they looks to be placed correctly, but they are in the wrong place, for example the Pax 1 in place of Pax 2, or Pax 2 in place of Pax 3, etc.

This because the "parking has a jetway" will disable all stairs EXCEPT for the rear one (unless the "disable passenger stairs" is checked too) and if the doors are not assigned correctly (even if they "look" right) it would explain why you don't see rear stairs only when you have a jetway.
