Thought I might just add an update here in case it might help. I have recently purchased Vienna Airport from Fly Tampa, and many people were experiencing a similar problem with ATC. It was found that in the Afcad File, there was some wording 'Exit.1 Exit.2 etc etc.
This was changed to Ex1 Ex2 etc etc, which I understand is the default. This fixed the problem.
I have no idea if the above might be useful, but wondered if it might be checked out?
