ifly 747-400 v2.0 supported or not? exit door problems.
« on: January 31, 2015, 03:03:17 am »
the baggage handlers, just one truck sits at the front right side (co-pilot side) and the door is open but it doesn't move. Just curious One truck? for a 747-400. Anyway, it keeps asking to open exit 2, whatever that is. I have all doors open and it doesn't move and all other operations are waiting on this handler. The door is open, maybe not wide enough, they are afraid of hitting their heads. lol. Am i doing something wrong or is ifly still in the future mix to be supported. I open all the doors in the cdu.   have a great day. have always enjoyed all your products and i know the ifly 747-400 v2.0 is fairly new.

Thanks,
bob

The iFly 747-400 is very new and it's not already internally supported by GSX. But of course, like any unsupported airplane, you can create a custom configuration for it, as explained in the GSX manual, so you can use GSX with it, without waiting to be supported.

If GSX keep asking for a door, it means you indicate its variable in the wrong way. If you can't figure it out, set it as "Door without open/close checks", so GSX won't wait for it.
