Need help installing GSX,FILES Iare missing?

That's a bit difficult to understand. However, there's nothing special:

- Download the GSX installer from the Products page

- Install it

It doesn't need anything else. No files are "missing".

im having a problem, i downloaded gsx and its in my downloads folder but when i click it to install it, it sais the administration has blocked it or something similar to that so i cant install it, any reasons why?

Because YOU (only you, or the PC adminstrator, if you are not one) decided to not trust anything signed by us. To undo this, do the following:

- Click on "Tools" in Internet Explorer.
- Click "Internet Options".
- Click on the "Content" tab.
- Click on "Certificates".
- Click on the "Untrusted Publishers" tab.
- Remove the "virtuali" publisher.
