I do think they are probably working on a patch right now and they will probably include the T5/AirTrain connection because that does look weird because it just ends like that.
We are reading all those reports, and are preparing a patch indeed.
That's great to hear, I do hope all of my nitpickyness hasn't frustrated you too much, Umberto. But since you mentioned that some smaller things are doable and you are considering some notes from this thread, my top requests for a patch would be (besides fixing the walkway near T5), as mentioned before, gate numbers on the ground around T5 (

http://www.flickr.com/photos/mascardo3/5671880322/lightbox/), and then 3D PAPIs and docking systems at T8 (they are the exact same ones as T4 and T5, I believe). Hopefully you can fit that in, but still a fabulous job regardless.
