No wig wags light or taxi way sign light... Others work

After the update I don't see any lit up taxi way signs or runway entry lights. Other lights work ok...

Also in HNL I saw the light on the taxi way signs were out near the terminal area... But not in other places. Does this make any sense?

At least it proves the problem couldn't be created by the CYVR update, since there are no shared files between the two, surely not night textures.
