If you save the reg file that was created, you can copy it to the new computer and import it into the registry.  When you run FS, it will ask if you want to activate it.

The Serial Number would worked ANYWAY, even if you didn't deactivated the scenery on the old computer, because you have 6 activations for each order. The advantage of Deactivating, is that you don't CONSUME a new activation when installing on the new one.

For example:

- You buy the scenery and activate it, you now have 5 activations left.
- You install the scenery on a different computer you have, you now have 4 activations left
- You buy a new PC, FORGET to Deactivate the old one
- You activate the scenery on the new one, you now have 3 activations left.

OR:

- You buy the scenery and activate it, you now have 5 activations left.
- You install the scenery on a different computer you have, you now have 4 activations left
- You buy a new PC, REMEMBER to Deactivate the old one, you now have 5 activations left
- You activate the scenery on the new one, you now have 4 activations left.
