Is flightbeam doing KIAD?

I've found a thread link in Flightbeams forum saying Dulles International. Is this confirmed? If so I am beyond excited! :)
Intel i5-2500K @ 4.7GHZ
12GB Ram
W7-64bit
256GB-SSD
750W Powersupply
nVidia GTX 460 1GB

Mir has also explained on his forum why he won't do IAH.
