How to get a perfect park?

I have had GSX for about 3 months and i find it almost impossible for me to get a perfect park, I follow exactly what the Marshaller tells me and I'm always off, what are some tips for a perfect park?

Try to go slow and line up as early as possible. Here's a video how it should be done (with the easter egg at the end...)

It's random. After a perfect park, there's a 20% chance the marshaller will dance.

Don't think I've ever had a perfect park and I'm always bang on the line and hit the stop point when instructed.  Is there a way of easing up the parameters a little?
