Is this airplane using non-standard custom doors commands ?
If it doesn't, it should be fairly easy to edit it yourself with the integrated GSX airplane configuration editor and if it does, you can at least set all custom doors to be ignored (so GSX won't wait for them to be opened, and services will continue normally) in the meantime, while we add it as an officially supported airplane.
