De-icers

Hi, are the de-icers available only at Zurich, or anywhere during the winter? And if it isn't is there anyway that this can be chnaged?

De-Icers at Zurich are provided by the scenery, they don't have anything to do with GSX. As already discussed in many other threads, GSX will have de-icers as a standard feature in an upcoming update. No released date yet, but surely after CYVR is released.
