2 things at once?

Hi, i am wondering if there is a setting where the vehicles could be unloading and fill up the plane with refreshments or visa versa where you could be loading the plane with refreshments and people? is there way from the pictures up on the main page of gsx in the simulator it seems like it was doing 2 things at once.

No, it's not possible, and rightly so.

You don't refill catering while passengers are boarding and surely you don't refuel (it's usually forbidden, unless you call fire brigades). The only things that are usually done at the same time, is loading luggage while passengers are boarding, which is exactly what GSX does.
