Help - reinstall

Hello,

I purchased GSX (great addon) few months ago - details are here:
Order Information
Order Number: STxxxxxxxx
Order Date: 2/4/2012
Order Method: Web Store

I installed it on my rig with XP x64 - was great.
Last weekend I decided to reinstal my rig with Windows 7 64 bit OS.
When I reinstall GSX there is no window with ask for serial number, and GSX starts in trial version.
Is it licencing problem caused of new OS?
Please, help me - I just cant fly without ground environment!

First, you should never put your order details on the forum (that's why I've edited your message), and these questions are really more suited for email support.

In any case, nowhere is indicated that you are supposed to see a serial number when you install: since the installer can work as trial, it wouldn't be very useful to have an installer that ask for a serial number.

As clearly indicated in the installation guide ( fsdt_install_guide.pdf under the fsdreamteam folder ), to reinstall and a previously purchased product, you have to use the "Register Serial" function of the Addon Manager menu, which will ask for your Serial Number to be activated.

He never contacted us so, I guess he figured it out by himself.

Since the question was that he didn't see any request for a Serial Number in the installer, if you *really* have the same problem, my previous reply should have answered the question for you too.
