Trying to add cargo door loaders but software reports "no cargo doors defined".

How can I force this ?

Thanks

You should use the Airplane editor to add cargo doors.

However, I doubt you'll ever be able to use a Cargo loader on a DC9, since the doors are probably too low for the loader vehicle platform to reach. I don't believe DC9/MD80s supports ULDs too, but I might be mistaken...

There shouldn't be any need to alter any settings since GSX automatically detects the doors correctly. The screenshot below shows a Coolsky DC-9 right "out of the box" parked at PHKO (Kona Int'l). Look carefully and you'll even see a set of drive=up stairs at Door 1L. I haven't yet disabled the bus.

With a drive-up staircase, you need to keep the bus active.  Security breach to have passengers running loose on the tarmac.   :P

Apparently you've never been to Kona Airport, Bruce. It's one of the most unique airports that I've seen. There are no jetways -- passengers walk to/from the boarding stairs. When we were there last summer, Hawaiian used the zig-zag type of ramp shown here...

They are great for disabled people, and everyone seems to appreciate the fact that they are much less steep than usual airstairs.

Which is why we added an option in GSX to disable the passenger bus at specific gates: just to accomodate unusual case like Kona, were the parking position is so close to the gate, that it wouldn't make sense to use a bus.

Only in the simulator... can't afford to visit the real thing, nice as it might be.
