when i want to install GSX it doenst ask for the serial number ??

it install but then in fsx.......with ctrl f12 it says...............warp to the trial mode airport ?

you need to click on the addons manager under the addons menu
When in there select GSX and click on enter serial

it will ask you a few times to confirm you want to register and activate...
Just click yes to them and this will register and activate the product

If you still have problems all you need to do is read the manual
