I used editor for parking mode to reset vehicle position but the modifications are not saved

They surely are. If they aren't, on your system, it's possible you have a permission problem in your %APPDATA% folder, which is not normal, since by default your user should always be able to write there.

Check your %APPDATA%\Virtuali\ folder and be sure you have a GSX folder inside. If you haven't, create one manually.
