These objects disappear after a certain distance and a certain altitude, it's normal they wouldn't appear from the postion posted in your screenshot.
And, they don't appear at all Scenery Density settings, and their loading ranges are also affected by the "Anti Pop-up" setting in the Addon Manager, which controls the visual range for smaller objects.
Of course, assuming you are using the most current version of the Zurich installer. If you are not sure, download it again.
