Flight Sim X New B Here - Can Someone Please Tell Me How To Intsall A Plane File

Greetings!!!

I recently downloaded a series of custom fighter jet files for the Flight Simulator X program. Could someone point me inthe right direction as to how I install these files and load the planes for use.

Please note, I am not actually using the program, I am the "back end tech support" for my computer illiterate aunt and uncle who had the genius idea of purchasing this for my 10 year old cousin.
