Distance between Cargo Doors
« on: June 15, 2012, 10:35:37 am »
Hallo Umberto,
I am using GSX with a BAe146-300, at any airport and any gate.
On this aircraft the cargo doors are very close together (only 7.7m).
If I use both doors with the conveyor belt, the front baggage truck runs into the back of the rear baggage truck.
Is there a way to prevent this. Perhaps a baggage truck with ony one (or two) luggage trailers, or one truck waits for the other to finish before moving into position.
Thanks for the good work.
Regards Eisbahn

The only way is disable one cargo door with the GSX.CFG file, and use only one door, which is how GSX worked anyway (for any airplane) up to version 1.3. In any case, if the number of passengers is low enough, the baggage train should be made of 1 wagon only.

Thanks for the rapid response.
May I ask what number of passengers are required so the baggage train has only 1 wagon.

Dividing the maximum passenger count by one third should be close.   ;)
