If you insert the Serial Number and nothing happens, it means one of the following:
- You have entered it wrong. It must be identical to the serial number indicated on your purchase receipt: with hyphens, respecting the case (it's usually all upper-case) and without confusing the letter "O" with the number "0".
- You entered something else instead of the serial number. The Serial number is indicated on your purchase receipt as "Serial Number", it's not the Order Number and it's not the SKU number.
- You entered the correct Serial Number, but for another product. Be sure you select the product you want to activate before clicking the "Register Serial" button.
