It's surely not a video driver problem. And there's no need to post a video, the problem is clear: on your system, the default AFCAD is used (as shown in the editor), here I see the correct AFCAD in use.

Check this, are the parking positions correct if you position your airplane using the FSX "Go to Airport" Menu ? If they aren't, then the problem is not GSX.

When you delete that folder, at the next FSX launch, you should first see a progress bar from FSX, that is updating its cache, then when it's done, if you go to any airport and select GSX, you should see a red message from GSX, stating it's updating ITS own cache, so you can't do anything until is finished.

Ok, your problem was that you simply had two different copies of the same AFCAD. Not really a GSX issue here, duplicates AFCADs creates all sort of problems, even if you don't use GSX.
