Installed JFK and the app will not take my serial number

I installed JFK just like the other airports I have bought including KLAX KLAV and  tried to enter the serial number sent to me the same way as the others. I seems to not want to take that serial number and will not unlock. Help

Please, clarify what do you mean with "sent to me the same way as the others", the Serial Number surely works, the things you can do wrong are:

- You inserted the correct Serial, but for another product. To activate JFK, you need to select JFK first, before clicking the "Register Serial" button

- You typed the Serial wrong. It has to be IDENTICAL to the purchase receipt. Respect lower/upper case (it's usually all upper case), don't forget the hyphens, and don't confuse the letter "0" with the number "O". Identical.

- You entered something else instead of the Serial Number. The Serial Number is not the Order Number or the SKU. It's the Serial Number and it's labeled "Serial Number" on your purchase receipt.

Well, I am sure I clicked on the buy icon for JFK, I downloaded it then clicked buy. I have no idea why it had my buy the wrong product, but that is not what I wanted. I have no use for XPOI because all of my flights are based on IFR, point to point. So how can I return/buy JFK? (or pay you the difference between the two.

As I've already replied to you via email, you simply bought XPOI by mistake. And as I've also explained in the email, after you purchase JFK and send the Order Number for it (VIA EMAIL, please), we'll refund the XPOI purchase.
