Problem after New Update

After installing the new Update i dont see the loaders anymore..seen on the picture, someone with the same problems, and how to fix it right? is it possible that if there is not enough main memory free, they wont appear??

As requested, countless of other times already, when reporting a problem always, always, always include ALL the following information:

- the airport used ( if it's not default, which scenery was used )

- the gate used

- the airplane used

- the GSX operation that was started

i guess i have this problem in generl..as seen on the screen, in innsbruck no trucks, landed in EDDS later on, there were also no trucks, gonna try now from EDDS to EDDG...if i dont see them i guess have to reinstall

so i have tested it, complety reinstall GSX..and the loader guys and trucks are still gone!

You still have failed to provide ALL the following information:

Don't say "the problem is general" or give different examples. Just indicate ONE case with ALL the above data, that can be tested.

Of course, I can see loaders just fine and, more important, nobody else has reported missing loaders so far.

Airport: EDDG (FSX-Standard Scenery)

Gate: G11

Airplane: NGX 738WL Tuifly

GSX Operation: Request Boarding


Then Gsx started his work, but i havent seen the loaders as said before..they are completly gone.
it just looks like on the screen, there is just nobody. maybe some files are missing?

i have tested it now under same conditions, eddg, g11, etc. but with default a321 and default 737, still no loaders or bag-truck!

Tried the PMDG NGX at EDDG G11, selected Boarding, and of course no problems whatsoever, belt loaders show up normally.

I think you must have missing vehicles, can you try installing GSX using the current version of Full installer ?

where can i find this installer? i installed the one i have orderd many weeks ago..but how can i log in into fsdreamteam page , to load this new installer exe.?

The installer is were it always has been, on the Products page. There are no other places were you download our installers from. There's no "log" anywhere in our site, other than for posting in the forum, all our downloads are always freely available with no strange "login" procedures...

just on a note i downloaded the update, and after i started a flight,

KBOS gate B34

Captain Sim 767 300

requested catering

and everything showed up but kept getting the message waiting for your action open serivce door, even after i had all doors open.
