I might be missing something here , but when the aircraft unloads, it unloads pax and baggage (belt) and nothing comes to the
Large cargo door on the front left side.
Also the PAX bus turns up to 

What do I need to change to get GSX to know its a freighter and not PAX

Cargo Main deck operations are not supported yet. Do a forum search and you will find this has been discussed before, like in : http://www.fsdreamteam.com/forum/index.php?topic=6076.0,
where Virtuali states this : - Real Cargo operation, which is something we are planning right now, with things to do related to cargo, that will be a new product based on GSX
So I guess time is our friend here
