This is an entirely different problem, and it shows the couatl.exe has been corrupted on YOUR system. Most likely cause is the antivirus that has corrupted it, mistakenly thinking it would be infected, and trying to "heal" it.
In this case, you need to DOWNLOAD and INSTALL GSX with the antivirus ENTIRELY OFF
Then, BEFORE launching FSX, configure your antivirus to exclude the following files from scanning:
YourFSXFolder\bglmanx.dll
YourFSXFolder\fsdreamteam\Couatl\Couatl.exe
Only after you do this, you can finally turn the antivirus back on and start FSX.
