A bug in follow me vehicles?

In some follow me vehicles,and in different airports,there is no driver of the follow me  vehicles.Is this a bug or else?Thanks.

It's possible the driver it simply hasn't been modeled in all vehicles, without this being a "bug". We'll check this.
