GEX installation failed after deinstallation

I had to renew my FSX.cfg for some reason. Now GEX doesn't work, so I deinstalled it and tried to reinstall. But I got error-messages for some files, like: an error occurred while trying to replace the existing file:DeleteFile failed; code 5.
What should I do?

This the code 5 error message by the installer has been discussed in many other threads, and it's due because you launched the installer too quickly after FSX was closed, not giving it enough time to release all locks on file and close all processes.

It will be fixed with a Windows reboot.
