The most important one is probably the handling company, and that can't be seen, even in HD. STOP keep saying "look the video". Do what you have been asked, and just TYPE IN PLAIN TEXT what I've asked for.

I made the video in Paris airport Charles De Gaulle (LFPG) in an average gate 145 with the handling company "Aviapartner"
I tried several other airport and several other gate with several companies handling company, it's not working

Ok, I've checked and yes, there's a problem if you select Deboarding and then ask for Pushback without asking Boarding first, stairs are not removed. They are if you ask for Boarding before pushback.

Not the most usual procedure ( departing without passengers ? ), but we must surely fix it.

For the time being, you can simply use GSX in a normal way:

Do a Boarding before asking for Pushback. The problem only happens if you skip directly from Deboarding to Pushback without Boarding, which should be the normal way of using it, unless your airline always departs with empty planes.

There's no need to keep posting, we are obviously aware of your problem. We *already* fixed in our next version, which will be release soon, when it's ready, and not before.
