I just tried the night version and everything seems realistic for me, all from the follow me car to the ground service.

But you have to keep up the same speed as the car. But the sign could have been made a bit bigger, it is a bit hard to see the different signs when turning and such things, it is of cource possible to solve it by zooming, but for a future update the signs could have been made bigger i hope-

Yes, also in my opinion, the flashing lights (and not only from follow me, also the red ones from the other vehicels) could be much more intensive. Like a little strobe or beacon...
