First, you are kindly asked to post screenshots according to the Screenshot posting rules here, especially if you have a large file like that:

In any case, your problem is simply you haven't set your video card properly: use an Anisotropic filter at 8x or 16x, using the option to force the setting, instead of using the application controlled option.

HEY! i brought the GSX and  i LOVE it! one thing, it was working fine last night and today i had to restore to last week and i re-installed GSX the marshaller is like SKIDDING on the ground as he (walks) but it looks like he has those shoes w/ small wheels in the back, LOL. maybe a reinstall again?

Check you have the "Advanced animations" option enabled in the FSX graphic settings-

Along with what Umberto said, you may just be seeing the LOD (Level of Detail?) system at work.

In an effort to safe fps, the farther you get from something, the less detailed it get. Looking far down the runway may look somewhat hazy because of this system; in my opinion, it works great.
