I tend to fly the 747 out of DFW Terminal D alot... there's just one thing really concerning me and I think this really deserves to be sorted out!
The bay markings for the gates at Terminal D are 'not correct' to the real life layout... this means my 747 looks really out of place when I put it next to the gates it should be!

Not all markings are *individually* differentiated on a parking-by-parking basis, for optimization reasons.

So it isn't possible to have the markings represent the real life layout?

It might but, there are countless of other things that, both for performances reasons and for lack of proper documentations are not as in the real life, markers there are just a small thing compared to all the other things which are not 100% true to life.
