Ground traffic animations

Is it possible to disable the animated vehicles at JFK? I have not found any answer in the manual or in a search. I am assuming that this is not possible?

I think you can do it by removing the anim1.bgl and anim2.bgl files from the jfk\scenery folder.

I removed both .bgl files from the folder. The vehicle animations are still there. Do you have any more ideas?
