Texture bleed at all airports

I seem to be having a problem, i'm getting a texture bleed at all my airports even default here is a list of my scenery addons, UTX GTX Orbx Pacific Northwest. I'm not sure if this problem has something to do w/ my scenery library order or what. Here is a picture

Where? It's hard to see anything wrong with that picture in the dark.  Post one in the day time where you can see it better.

I actually fixed this issue myself, If anyone else has this problem all you need to do it delete the FSX.cfg and it fixes the issue.
