Sunken wheels?
« on: April 16, 2011, 04:06:43 am »
No matter where I start, or what aircraft I use, my wheels are always sunken into the ground. I just purchased Dallas 2.0 for FSX, and I don't have this problem with my other FSDT airports, please help! :-\

Check you don't have other AFCAD from other products in conflict.

Use the free FSX Airport scanner to check if you have other AFCAD for KDFW, and remove the duplicates.

I don't have another addon program for Dallas, only FSX default. The funny thing is that all the AI aircraft's wheels don't sink into the ground, only my aircraft whether it's a payware or not.

Another AFCAD for KDFW might come not for a specific other addon for it, but they usually are installed by AI traffic packages. As I've said, please use the free FSX Airport Scanner to be sure you don't have another AFCAD for KDFW.

I've scanned and found no duplicates, so that eliminates that possibility. I wonder what else can cause the problem?

I've resolved the issue and no longer have wheels sinking down into the ground.
