Aircraft Sinking Below Ground
« on: March 27, 2011, 08:52:06 pm »
When I load my scenery, I noticed my aircraft is resting about five feet into the ground.  Any ideas on how to fix this?  All my other FSDT scenry works great.

Altitude problems are always caused by other AFCADs coming from other products (usually Traffic packages), that have a different altitude. Use the free Scan AFD program to find AFCAD duplicates for KDFW.

I downloaded the program and ran it.  It didn't pick up any duplicates and I don't use AI.  Any other possbilities?  Should I re-install my scenery?  The is the only FSD scenery that is affected.

Are you using the current version of KDFW ? We had several updates after it was released.

I purchased it in May of 2010.  Are there any updates?  If so, I can't seem to find them on the FSD website.

May 2010, are you sure it's KDFW ? It was released in early August 2010. However, if you bought it at the release date, then yes, we had several updates, and one dealt with the altitude.
