This is what i had....deleted virus scanner etc and reinstalled

Your problem is that you have a duplicate AFCAD, probably coming with an AI traffic package, see all those default buildings.

Use the free FSX Airport Scanner to find AFCAD duplicates for KFLL and remove them.
