Seaplane Base?

Hi I'm wondering if the FSDT scenery has a seaplane base?

It sortta does at HNL. Just go with the water landing instructions from atc. Right now I cant remember which runways it is but look at the map provided with the airport.

There is 4W and 8W showing in the airport file.
