haha calm down guys, yes, i used to think of doing this for money, but these thoughts never left my mind, everything i know about textures, 3d models, this kind of thing, i learned by myself, and i dont think thats enough knowledge to make this a job.. in fact i went to the design college, but i decided to have flying classes, so i had to quit, so, i think i'll keep doing this for fun on my free time, at least for now

hehe it will take me another couple days or more, im working on 2 other repaints and i just started building a whole plane... but thats another story
btw, wich one you think its better? (you can make suggestions if you want)

Wow, they all look really amazing. My opion would go to the one that has the whole plane painted. im more of a whole plane painted kinda person. for instance that all blak with the blue rudders F-18 u made was my favorite of the three. oh and it looks to be a bit much orange to where u cant quite tell its blak with orange near the tail section it seems to be a bit too much of the solid orange. if u could add some orange stripes where the fuselage is solid blak it would help and also show some breaks in the solid orange on the tail. and if u could make the bottom blak too. greatly apreciated. sry if im bein too picky. it looks excellent so far. oh and if its not to much trouble could u post the other paints ur doin. im kinda turning into a fan of ur work. love to hear how the full plane goes.

hey guys, its almost done, i just need some ideas for the rudder.. that panther is just a place holder 

i took these screenshots on captainsim's fa-18D cause im having some trouble with the default fa18, i think the fallback path is bugged cause textures are not reflecting, even the sunlight, they're 100% opaque, and that makes the painting look ugly, thats why. but its the same thing...

That plane looks so good it hurts
does the captain sim add-on fly as good as it look?
I am on the edge of whether to buy or not.
Any body with experience with this sim have a comment?

Both f18s are exactly the same thing, the difference is that xload has more eye candy and better reflections

Hey Fael,
Sorry havent been on in a while. been busy with stuff but yeah it looks awesome. im envious of myself for havin suggested it. it looks amazing. hmm an idea for the rudder u say. hmmmm well since its a blak tiger plane and takin a page out of how we got the plan for the plane y not have the tiger from the original Xload F-18d 's rudder and revers the colors and make it bigger and put it on the rudder. hows that sound? lemme know if that could work. nother ? of mine if u strap some ext. tanks on there like with the Xload version will they have the same blak with orng stripes or will they just look like the originals with the orange with blak stripes? oh and what do u have in mind for the insignia for the rudder?
