Which AFCAD editor for FS9 version? AFX or AFCAD by Lee Swordy?

I want to make some edits to the AFCAD. Which software do I have to use to do that? I'd prefer AFCAD but I remember for PHNL I needed to use AFX.

I suggest using ADE, Airport Design Editor, which works for FSX and FS9, it's free and it's often updated.
