End Deck Speed and Luggage pods

Okay guys, another round of questions.

On Javier's Carriers, Is there a way to change the Deck End Speed for the cats from the default of anywhere from 200-210? To a more realistic value? ( I would be happy with 160-170 ) I think this May be embedded in the model, but am not sure. I know the same thing goes for pitching deck is embedded in the model as well. Does anybody have Javier's email? 

And how and the hell do I get the Luggage pods and Practice bombs on my T-45, I had them a while ago and for the life of me I can not figure out how to get them back!

Shift + 2 or Shift + 3 for the T-45.  As for the end speed, sadly I think MS set that and it cant be changed.  I'm not sure though because we changed the cable force.
