Dunno what to make of it.  While GSX has always generated a few stutters during pushback now it's become awful and I haven't a clue why.   Both MSFS 2020 and 2024 are tuned to perfection running super smooth so this really stands out.  Of note it doesn't matter if I lock the rate to 30FPS, or my default 55FPS, or 60FPS, or wide open, it's no different.

Might it be I have a compromised copy of Simconnect or something along those lines if that's possible? All drivers, AMD chipset, NV GPU etc are up to date. Because GSX gets updates so frequently I run the updater every day prior to launching the sim.

Another bloke said by changing from DX12 to DX11 in MSFS 2020 this fixed the stuttering for him.  Is it possible there is an issue with GSX and DX12?  Of course 2024 requires DX12...

Nothing in the way GSX moves vehicles has changed in a very long time, so it's clear your stuttering is not caused by GSX, which is instead a victim of the stuttering in the sim that might have increased for many number of reasons.

This has been discussed many times, with many suggestions, and it's always related to configuring the video card correctly:
