The place is correct, that fuel truck is not supposed to go below the wing, because it doesn't have a crew. So the real issue is why you got that one instead of the tanker or the hydrant. What controls the type of the fuel truck used are:
- the height of the fuel point under the wing ( it must be higher than 3.40 meters from ground to show a crewed vehicle ), so check the airplane profile.
- the airplane total fuel capacity, this shouldn't be an issue, since the A320 surely can take more than the minimum required by the crewed vehicles.
