That is precisely the problem: if you had an nVidia card and an Intel integrated card, the not common case where the Intel would be assigned by mistake to GSX (and required to edit the nVidia profile), should be fixed in the 3.4.0 update, because we added a variable that should help the nVidia or AMD drivers to do that automatically.
But if you ONLY have an Intel card, there's no solution other than waiting some answers from Intel what might be causing this. We posted as much as info as possible about GSX on Intel dev forums, hopefully somebody will answer with some ideas.
